• Built data versioning service for Code of Federal Regulations that recursively and continuously walks through tree representation of laws and detects and indexes changes
• Built XML preprocessing and normalization system for CFR data integrity
• Developed public Rails app with daily digests, search, and subscription support
• Built public and private API endpoints for XML, JSON, HTML
